1. Agreement
By creating an account or using CoraPilot ("the service"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.
2. What CoraPilot does
CoraPilot is a connector that lets AI clients you control (e.g. Claude or ChatGPT, via the Model Context Protocol) access services you connect — currently WhatsApp and Google Ads — to read information and, only where you enable it, take actions you request. You bring your own AI client; CoraPilot does not provide the AI model.
3. Your account
You're responsible for your account, for keeping your password and connector authorisations secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.
4. Subscriptions, trials & billing
- Plans. The WhatsApp connector is offered on a free trial then a paid subscription; the Google Ads connector is a paid subscription (per connected Google Ads account). Current prices are shown at sign-up and in the portal.
- Billing. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance via Stripe on a recurring monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Cancellation. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Trials. If a trial ends without a subscription, access is paused and the account may later be deleted (with reminders first).
- Taxes. Prices may exclude applicable taxes, which will be added where required.
- Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use CoraPilot to:
- send spam, bulk, cold-outreach or unsolicited messages, or otherwise misuse WhatsApp;
- break the law, infringe others' rights, or violate the terms of any connected service (including WhatsApp and Google Ads policies);
- attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service; or
- use the service on an account you don't own or aren't authorised to manage.
6. Third-party services (WhatsApp & Google Ads)
CoraPilot connects to third-party services you authorise. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, and you're responsible for complying with them.
WhatsApp. CoraPilot connects through an unofficial WhatsApp multi-device gateway (similar to WhatsApp Web-style linked devices). WhatsApp's terms restrict automated and unofficial access, so — as with any tool of this kind — there is some risk to your WhatsApp account. We keep a human in the loop for sending and don't do bulk messaging, but you use this connector at your own risk. See our Security page for details.
Google Ads. Any changes are made only with your authorisation and, where you enable writes, on your instruction. You are responsible for the ad spend, campaigns and changes in your account. Always review changes; you can keep an account read-only.
7. Actions taken by your AI
The service acts on your instruction through the AI client you connect. You are responsible for the messages sent and the changes made via your account, including any resulting costs (such as ad spend). Review actions before confirming.
8. Your data
You retain rights to your data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service (e.g. storing WhatsApp history so your AI can search it). See the Privacy Policy.
9. Availability
We aim for a reliable service but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and third-party connections (WhatsApp, Google) may change or fail outside our control.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the service will meet your requirements or that connected third-party services will remain available.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoraPilot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or ad spend. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service or third parties.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms; we'll change the "last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
